This week’s MSPCA-Angell Pet of the Week is Afro the rabbit.
Hey bunny lovers, Afro is looking for YOU! This sweet and shy bunny, currently sheltering at the MSPCA-Angell in Jamaica Plain, is looking for a safe and warm home to call her own. She’s already spayed and is in great health.
She’s not too picky about her housing either; a large rabbit cage or x-pen will be fine, so long as she has plenty of room to move around. She does need a rabbit friend to live with though and fortunately, there are other rabbits in the shelter who can go home with her! She would also do best with an adopter or family who has rabbit experience.

The MSPCA-Angell Adoption Center in Boston is located at 350 South Huntington Ave. in Jamaica Plain. Hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday & Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
