(WHDH) — California police were called after several cows mysteriously showed up in a California neighborhood, stopping traffic and looking for shelter.
The cows were in a trailer traveling from Oregon to California when the driver pulled over for a quick nap.
That’s when the cows got loose, some huddling behind air conditioning units outside an apartment complex.
No animals were hurt, and animal control was able to herd them up and bring them back to the trailer.
