BOSTON (WHDH) - Boston-based company New Balance received backlash after showing support for President Elect Donald Trump.
The company’s Vice President of Public Affairs Matt LeBretton said Wednesday that the company feels that Trump’s victory is a move in the right direction for the country.
LeBretton also said that the Obama administration had “turned a deaf ear” to New Balance.
The Internet was quick to react to the announcement on social media, showing them burning their sneakers and tossing them in the trash.
