A 60-year-old New Hampshire woman is facing child endangerment charges after police said she was drunk at her daycare business.
Police say officers could smell alcohol on Lois Mirbach and could see signs of intoxication after responding to her daycare, Adventures in Learning, on Tuesday.
Police say Mirbach had passed out, did not answer her telephone and left an oven on. She also admitted her daycare was not licensed to operate, police said.
Mirbach is scheduled to appear in court on April 19.
