MANCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) - A Manchester, New Hampshire mom facing child endangerment charges after police say they found her two young children in disgusting conditions.
Samantha Grenier told us earlier this week she was doing her best and her husband was to blame for the mess.
He was arrested and charged on Wednesday.
The kids, a 2-year-old and 4-year-old, are in state custody.
