ROCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) — A New Hampshire man is under arrest, charged with strangling a four-year-old girl.
Police say 20-year-old Nicolas Coker of Rochester was babysitting the girl who sustained injuries to her eyes and neck.
Coker is charged with second degree assault.
