A California gas station canopy collapsed on two cars Monday while maintenance workers were on the roof, and it was all caught on camera.

No one was seriously injured, including the drivers in car beneath the canopy or the crews on the roof, according to fire officials on scene.

The roof collapsed just before 3 p.m. Monday.

Two maintenance workers were on the roof over the gas pumps when they noticed the cracks.

As they were getting off of the awning, the roof failed.

One managed to scramble away while the other rode the roof to the ground. He suffered minor injuries.
