PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WHDH) - A Nobel Peace Prize winner will be making a stop in Rhode Island Thursday.

Malala Yousafzai, 19, will be in Providence, one of the tree stops she’s making in the U.S.

Malala was shot by the Taliban in 2012 while she was advocating for every child to go to school.
