(WILMINGTON, NC) — One couple did not let Hurricane Matthew ruin their big day.
Mandy and Michael exchanged their vows as Wilmington, North Carolina was being flooded.
Mandy says she didn’t see the storm as a bad thing, but that it means she and her husband can work together to solve problems.
After the reception the entire wedding party went out into the flooded streets.
