SPRINGFIELD, Mass. (AP) — Police say three juveniles and one adult have been arrested after crashing a stolen vehicle and trying to run from officers in Springfield.

Officers had spotted a vehicle just before 10 p.m. Tuesday that was reported stolen from Holyoke earlier that day. Police say they tried to stop the car, but the driver took off and got on Interstate 91.

Lt. Mark Roland says officers followed the car onto Interstate 291, where it got off at Exit 4 and then crashed into a guardrail.

Police say the four suspects fled on foot but were quickly found and arrested. They weren’t immediately identified and it’s unclear what charges they will face.

No injuries were reported.
