MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police have arrested two men, one with a gun, following a fight over marijuana at a New Hampshire mall.

Police say one man allegedly sold the drug to the other and wasn’t paid, leading to the confrontation at the Mall of New Hampshire in Manchester on Monday.

Twenty-two-year-old Justin Choice, of Boston, told police that 20-year-old Garrett Clay, of Derry, New Hampshire, pointed a gun at him. Clay said he had a gun, but didn’t threaten Choice with it. He said Choice struck him.

Police said Clay didn’t have a concealed carry permit. He was charged with carrying a firearm without a license and a drug conspiracy count. Choice was charged with three counts of simple assault and a drug conspiracy count.

It wasn’t immediately known if they had lawyers. Phone numbers couldn’t be found for them.
