YARMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) - Police in Yarmouth and Orleans have arrested a man on charges that he uploaded and shared child pornography images on the Internet.
Police say a Yarmouth Police detective received a CyberTipline Report from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about images that had been uploaded.
The report had details of images as well as the name of the account.
The detective conducted an investigation and interviewed victims whose photos had been uploaded and eventually identified the suspect.
That suspect, Francis Tarr, 29 of Orleans, was arrested and transported to Barnstable District Court for arraignment.
