Police arrest two suspects who used a pink gun to threaten neighbor

DORCHESTER, MA (WHDH) - Boston Police arrested two suspects and took a gun off the streets in Dorchester on Saturday night.

Officials said they received call from a woman who said she was threatened with a pink gun by a man and woman on Friday.

The victim said both suspects pointed guns at her. The male suspect held a silver handgun while the female suspect held the pink firearm.

According to Boston Police, the suspects were identified as Timothy Hampton, 23 of Dorchester, and Areitah Malcolm, 28 of Dorchester. The suspects were known to the victim.

Officers were able to track down the two suspects. Hampton and Malcolm were both arrested.

The pair will appear in Dorchester District Court.

They are being charged with possession of a firearm, unlawful possession of ammunition, and assault by means of a dangerous weapon and threats.
