HAVERHILL, MASS. (WHDH) - Police are investigating after a passerby found a body in a river in Haverhill early Friday morning.
Haverhill firefighters pulled the body of a female from the Little River after a passerby called 911 about 8:05 a.m.
At this time, it does not appear that there is a connection with a fatal shooting in Haverhill Thursday night, nor does there appear to be foul play, according to a spokeswoman for the Essex District Attorney’s Office.
