Police from across New England surprised patients at Floating Hospital for Children at Tufts Medical Center.
The officers arrived together at the hospital with Santa.
A four-year-old named Ruby, who is battling neuroblastoma, inspired the visit. She said she was just hoping for some Christmas cards this holiday season, but this year, she got something even more special.
The officers and Santa arrived with toys for Ruby and the other children.
