BOSTON (WHDH) - Congratulations! A majority of voters wanted it, and now we have it: Hillary Clinton versus Donald Trump, in a race that will be won by which candidate is less disliked in November.

“We’re going to come out of the primary even stronger to take on Donald Trump,” says Hillary Clinton.

“We’re gonna win all the way, we’re gonna go all the way, we’re gonna make America great again,” says Donald Trump. “It’s gonna happen!”

And we’ve already seen what their campaign will look like:

Hillary Clinton says, “Donald Trump is not qualified to be president, he is temperamentally unfit to be Commander-in-Chief.”

Donald Trump says, “I think Hillary is very weak, I think she’s pathetic. I think she should be in jail for what she did with her emails, okay. She should be in jail.”

Clinton: “He doesn’t really have ideas. He makes, rants and engages in personal feuds.”

Trump: “She’s not a natural. She wasn’t meant for this job. She’s greedy. She’s greedy as hell. And that’s, I think, the reason she wants it. But she doesn’t have the talent for the job”

Clinton: “Because if he gets anywhere near the White House, you know what he’s gonna do: He’s gonna Trump you.”

Trump: “She doesn’t know what the hell she’s doing. It’s going to be another four years of disaster.”

And we’ve also already seen the campaign will likely be more than just words. Violence has erupted at a number of cities.

So it’s “Crooked Hillary” versus “Dangerous Donald”. A bridge to the past against a bridge to who-knows-where? Get ready for a race where fitness and temperament will be as important as the economy and foreign policy.

Inspirational, isn’t it?
