PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (WHDH) - Police in Portsmouth, New Hampshire are now saying that some of the roads surrounding Monday’s fire are open.
Streets surrounding the State Street Saloon are open to traffic.
But State Street to Pleasant Street is restricted to one lane.
