UNDATED (WHDH) — Red wine and vodka, good for you?
It might only be beneficial if you're a pig – literally.
Researchers at Rhode Island Hospital found those drinks could help combat high cholesterol.
Groups of pigs were given wine and vodka and a high-fat diet, had greater blood flow to the heart than those who were just fed a high-fat diet.
Researchers said they don't advocate excessive drinking but say a small amount may be good for some patients.
