BOSTON (WHDH) - The Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway Conservancy is being investigated after an anonymous group released a report alleging the nonprofit mismanaged money.
The report found the Conservancy spent $1.7 Million for a floating sculpture in the park.
It was first estimated to cost a half million.
The group calls these expenses a misuse of public funds.
Officials with the Greenway Conservancy say the project was mostly funded with private money.
