An LGBT newspaper in Salem has a new box after the old one was blown up.
People who live in town joined employees at the paper in the town square on Sunday for the unveiling of The Rainbow Times’ new box.
According to police, a group of seven people put explosives in the newspaper box late last Monday night.
Surveillance video captured the incident.
The editor of the paper said the community’s support has been overwhelming.
Police are still looking for the suspects and are investigating the incident as a hate crime.
