LEXINGTON, MASS. (WHDH) - A registered sex offender has been arrested and charged with multiple counts of gross lewdness.

Police received multiple calls just before 3 p.m. Thursday reporting a man exposing himself on the fitness path near Lexington High School.

Jacob Mobley-Hall, 30 of Manchester, NH, was arrested and charged with three counts of open and gross, lewd and lascivious behavior.

Mobley-Hall’s lawyer said he works at a construction company out of Woburn.

Police said a similar event happened in the same time frame the day before. Police have determined Mobley-Hall was the same person responsible for exposing himself on that date as well.

Police said he turned up at a fitness trail near the high school the two days and exposed himself to high school soccer players who were headed to practice.

Mobley-Hall’s lawyer said he works at a construction company out of Woburn.

Police said Mobley-Hall ran after the girls pointed him out to them.

An officer had to chase him down by the baseball field and eventually tackled him to the ground.

Mobley-Hall allegedly lied to investigators and tried to implicate his own brother.

In their report, investigators said Mobley-Hall confessed. He told them he’s a diagnosed exhibitionist who has been “going crazy” lately with the “uncontrollable urges” to expose himself to teenaged girls.

Lexington Police said Mobley-Hall told them he chose that path so he could control who would see him and who would not.
