SHIRLEY, MASS. (WHDH) - Shirley Police are investigating a serious overnight crash on Tuesday that caused power outages.
On Tuesday around 10 p.m., a Kia Sorrento struck a utility pole and became engulfed in flames.
The 15-year-old driver was not present at the time, according to police.
Police later learned he walked home and was transported to a hospital by family members.
His condition is not know at this time.
The driver will be cited for leaving the scene of an accident and operating to endanger.
