ALBANY, NEW YORK (NBC) — Multiple shots were fired Saturday afternoon at a mall in Albany.
Police say the shots rang out just before 2:30 p.m. near the Apple Store at Crossgates Mall.
So far no injuries have been reported.
Witnesses described the scene as “chaos” and said employees and customers were hiding in stores and bathrooms.
Police say the suspect remains at large.
They say they took in two men for questioning, but they have since been released.
The mall remains closed as the investigation continues.
