MALDEN, MASS. (WHDH) - Sources tell 7News that a man in Malden is being charged with upskirting and one count of photographing an unsuspecting nude person.
According to 7News sources, Christopher Molina, 29, an employee of a Dollar Tree store in Malden, is accused of taking pictures up a woman’s skirt inside the store.
Regulars at the store say they know the employee well.
“I believe he worked here full time,” said one customer. “He was always here when I was here.”
Sources say witnesses saw the man snapping the pictures and confronted him about it at around 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. There may also be surveillance video of the incident.
Sources also say police are working to see if there are other victims in the store.
Molina is expected to be arraigned in court today.
