(NBC) — A camera crew caught a flash of light in the sky over Las Vegas late Wednesday night.
The streaking light that appeared to be falling debris was spotted from across the West Coast.
People from Utah to Los Angeles reported seeing the lights.
Though it’s not clear exactly what caused the lights, similar streaks have been blamed on everything from meteor showers to falling space junk.
