The suspect indicted for manslaughter last month for hitting and killing a State Trooper with his car will be back in court.

In March, David Njuguna, 30 of Webster, crossed three lanes of traffic on the Mass Pike and hit the trooper.

Trooper Thomas Clardy had another vehicle pulled over in the breakdown lane at the time.

He served as a marine for 10 years and left behind a wife and several children.
