BOSTON (WHDH) - The driver accused in a fatal crash in the Sumner Tunnel was arraigned Wednesday on manslaughter charges.

Prosecutors said Craig Lawlor was driving drunk and speeding when he crashed his car back in August. One of his passengers was killed. Another passenger suffered serious head and spine injuries.

Lawlor’s bail was set at $25,000 and he was ordered to wear a GPS monitoring bracelet.
