CHANGHUA, TAIWAN (WHDH) — One salon in Taiwan is putting a new spin on presidential portraiture.
They created this unique “hair tattoo” for a client who is evidently a huge fan of the United States president.
The salon is also known for creating hair designs featuring the Lion King, the Mona Lisa and many more.
The video has gone viral.
