Surveillance video shows the moment a truck driver hit a commuter rail bridge in Westwood.
The truck can be seen hitting the bridge then starting to smoke just before 5 a.m. Tuesday.
The accident caused some delays on the Franklin Commuter Rail line because engineers had to make sure the bridge was safe.
The truck, which was carrying lobsters, created quite a mess in the road and it took some time to clean it all up.
Neighbors say they can’t believe how often crashes like this happen.
“There’s lots of warning for this small bridge, trucks should be aware. There are four huge signs right here so they should be aware of the size of the bridge,” Denise Devaney said.
On Monday another truck hit the very same overpass right in the middle of the low clearance sign.
