Winslow, IN (CNN) — Two children are dead after they fell into an icy pond in Indiana.
Authorities say 12-year-old Bryce Phillips and 12-year-old Paige Bailey fell through the ice Thursday at a home in Winslow.
The ice was believed to be one to one in a half inches thick.
It is unclear why the victims were on the icy pond.
But authorities say Phillips’ mother was watching Bailey when the tragedy occurred.
No foul play is suspected.
