STURBRIDGE, MASS. (WHDH) - State police arrested two people for trafficking cocaine in Sturbridge on Sunday.

A state trooper stopped a Pontiac Bonneville on Interstate 84 eastbound in Sturbridge for motor vehicle violation.

During the stop, the trooper found that both passengers were in possession of 85 grams of cocaine.

Jeannie J. Ortiz, 41, of Stoughton, and Domingo Ortiz, 51, of Lynn, were both arrested.

The pair is being charged with trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug law.

Jeannie Ortiz was also issued a motor vehicle violation.

Both are being held on a $25,000 bail, pending arraignment.

They will be arraigned on Monday at Dudley District Court.
