Two suspects were caught on camera stealing a car before realizing they were in a bait car.
The man is seen congratulating the woman in the car right before police closed in.
Police said the man was going to get rid of the car to buy a gun the next day.
The man was arrested before the woman, was also taken into custody a little down the road.
