MANCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) - Manchester police arrested two wanted men at a local apartment building Wednesday.

Two officers saw a wanted man duck into a Lake Avenue apartment around 5:00 p.m.

The man, 34-year-old Michael Matteuzzi of Mancester, was wanted on a probation/parole violation.

The officers stopped in front of the building and spoke to a woman exiting the home. She told police several people, including Matteuzzi, were inside the apartment.

The officers cleared the apartment, and found 36-year-old Oscar LeClair of Danbury, who had a warrant out for his arrest.

Police arrested LeClair, and then saw a man jump out of a first floor window in an attempt to evade police.

Police placed the man into custody as soon as he landed on the ground, and identified him as Matteuzzi.

Matteuzzi was charged with violation of bail conditions, resisting arrest/detention, as well as the original warrant charge of violation of probation/parole.

He appeared in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on Thursday.

LeClair was arrested on an electronic bench warrant form another agency, so no court information for him is available at this time.
