Tynsborough Police are searching for a suspect accused of breaking into a shop and stealing several guns.

Police are now working across state lines and connecting crimes after another robbery in Hooksett, New Hampshire that was caught on camera.

The break in happened at Hitman Firearms in Tynsborough early Monday morning. The suspect took off with four guns.

"Someone came in, broke all the doors through, broke into the cabinets, stole some firearms then ran out of here within two and a half, three minutes," John Comer, Hitman Firearms manager, said.

The initial clue that something was wrong came when a security alarm was triggered at the gun store.

When police arrived, they found the glass front door shattered and the inside metal door damaged.

"I think everybody worries when it comes to firearms," Tyngsborough Police Chief Rich Howe said. "Usually these guns are stolen for one of two reasons, either to try and sell them for profit or they’re going to be used in a criminal act."

Surveillance video caught a robbery in Hooksett two weeks ago and now detectives are looking into whether the two are linked.
