WAUKESHA, WI (WHDH) — A 10-year-old Wisconsin boy who went missing Sunday has been found safe.
Andrew Ounkham was last seen around 3:45 p.m., running through a large cornfield behind his Waukesha home.
Ounkham’s parents told police the autistic boy has used the cornfield to hide before, but usually they find him right away.
There are no details at this time about when or how he was found, but thermal imaging was used.
Hundreds of volunteers, K9 units and drones also helped in the search.
