A civil lawsuit is set to be filed in connection to the water crisis in Flint, Michigan.
The state attorney general is scheduled to discuss the lawsuit Wednesday.
Flint’s drinking water became tainted with lead in 2014, after the city switched it’s source from a Detroit water system to the Flint River.
Criminal charges were filed against state regulators and a city water employee in April.
