FRAMINGHAM, MASS. (WHDH) - Police said a mixed martial arts fighter put up a violent struggle in Framingham as officers tried to arrest him.

Police said 29-year-old Marcus Bino’s girlfriend called 911 to report that he was beating her up. When police officers arrived, Bino allegedly tried to fight off the two officers for about 10 minutes. His girlfriend filmed the scuffle.

Backup officers eventually arrived and used a stun gun on Bino. He was then cuffed and taken into custody. The officers involved in the incident suffered minor injuries.

Bino is now facing several charges, including domestic assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer and disorderly conduct. He is free on $7,500 cash bail.
