A Whitman man has pleaded not guilty after police said he fired shots near a plow driver in Plymouth. 

Bruce O’Brien, 60, appeared in court on Monday.

The incident happened in the area of Rocky Hill Road on Saturday night. 

The driver was not hurt.

According to prosecutors, O’Brien was trying to pass a plow when he fired three shots as a warning to the driver.

He faced several charges, including assault with a dangerous weapon.
