Whole Foods is suing the man who they say started a fake cake controversy.

Customer Jordan Brown is a pastor whose story received significant coverage after he complained of a gay slur being written in frosting on a cake he ordered. Brown posted the cake on his Twitter account.

The offensive language is blurred out in this photo.

Now, Whole Foods is saying its employee did not write it so the company is suing the customer. The company says surveillance footage shows Brown walking back into the store in Austin, Texas with the cake in question.

The grocery chain says the employee who decorated the cake is also part of the LGBTQ community.
