(WHDH) — According to a new survey by Groupon, one in five people will receive a holiday gift this year that they believe carries a hidden meaning.
For instance, the person giving the gift may be subliminally trying to tell you something such as hinting towards a diet change or encouraging you to get more organized.
The people surveyed said the biggest culprit when it comes to hidden meaning gift is their mom followed by spouses and mothers-in-law.
