LOS ANGELES (WHDH) — Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman and his former girlfriend are now parents after welcoming a baby girl.
Edelman flew out to Los Angeles to be with the supermodel as she gave birth to the baby girl, who they named Lily. Edelman is not involved with the mother anymore but was there to support here during the birth.
Teammates wished Edelman well at Gillette Stadium on Thursday, with Martellus Bennett saying he already gave the new dad a children’s book as a gift.
Lily weighed 8 pounds, 5 ounces at birth.
