FOXBORO, MASS. (WHDH) - A federal appeals court has rejected Tom Brady’s Deflategate appeal and Patriots fans are not only upset, but over it.

“I’m just disappointed because it’s kind of dragging out,” said one member of Patriots Nation at the team’s pro shop at Gillette Stadium.

Brady’s four-game suspension is back on and his only remaining hope on getting it overturned again is to head to the Supreme Court. Patriots fans said the fight should not have gone this far in the first place.

“I’m not happy, not happy at all,” said Kathy Cowan. “Making a mountain out of a mole hill.”

With Brady expected to miss four games this season, fans said they do have faith in his backup, Jimmy Garoppolo.

“I have all the faith in the world in him,” said Len Piazza. “The way he has been in preseasons before and plus the way he’s played in college. I have the full confidence in him in the four games.”
