FOXBOROUGH, Mass. (AP) — Running back Dion Lewis is inactive for New England’s game against Seattle on Sunday night in a rematch of the Patriots’ Super Bowl victory two seasons ago.

Lewis, who was added to the 53-man roster on Saturday, started the season on the reserve/physically unable to perform list after sitting out training camp. He hasn’t appeared in a game since Week 9 of 2015, when he suffered a left ACL injury against Washington.

Other inactive players for the Patriots are DL Woodrow Hamilton, T LaAdrian Waddle, LB Kyle Van Noy, CB Eric Rowe, RB D.J. Foster and TE Matt Lengel.

Inactive for Seattle Sunday night are defensive end Michael Bennett (knee), running back Thomas Rawls (fibula), T Bradley Sowell (knee), TE Luke Willson (knee), WR Tanner McEvoy and G Rees Odhiambo.
