SPOILER ALERT – Giant Slalom
Alpine skier Ted Ligety won gold for Team USA in the giant slalom Wednesday.
As for New Hampshire’s Bode Miller, he had a rough first run that put him in 26th place and he wasn’t able to recover. He finished off the podium for the third time in four Olympic races.
Breaking news for Miller: He was supposed to race one more time in the slalom, but he just announced he won’t race in that event. That means his Olympic career is most likely over.
