HERMATIGE, PENNSYLVANIA (NBC) — Several emergency crews and police officers were at the scene of a shooting inside a Pennsylvania Walmart late Thursday night.
When officers arrived on the scene, they treated the incident like an active shooter situation.
But officers were able to quickly apprehend the suspect in the parking lot according to a police chief.
One employee was shot multiple times.
He was flown to a nearby hospital where doctors say the expect him to survive.
Officials are still investigating the incident to determine what was behind the shooting.
