Saturday marked a major milestone for a Boston Marathon bombing survivor.

Jeff Bauman finished his first road race since losing both of his legs in the 2013 attack.

The Runner’s World Classic Celebrity Mile happened Saturday morning in North Andover and Bauman walked the entire mile.

Another Marathon bombing survivor, Adrianne Haslett, Joined the race as well.

Bauman spoke before the race, about the importance of staying positive.

Bauman shared a special moment with the man who helped save his live after the bombings, pushing Carlos Arredondo across the finish line.
