We knew things were about to get bad on The 100 after trigger-happy Pike took over as the new leader of the Arkadians in last week’s episode, but we could not have guessed exactly how bad. In our exclusive sneak peek of tonight’s episode, Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Lexa (Alycia Debnam-Carey) discover a severely wounded Indra (Adina Porter), and she fills them in on some really unfortunate new developments.
Basically, Pike’s not just rejecting the grounder coalition. He’s going up against it with guns blazing, and none of the grounders are safe. Watch the clip above to see how Clarke finds out who’s been helping him…
So Bellamy may be involved, but at least he’s trying to keep Pike from killing everyone, right? That’s a good thing?! All is not lost?!?!
Pretty much everything has changed since Clarke last checked in on her people, and not for the better. Pike is now trying to claim land for the Skaicru, and is essentially murdering anyone who stands in his way. This isn’t good news for anyone, especially if you’re a big fan of Bellarke. The fact that Bellamy chose to help Pike go against Clarke and the grounders probably does not bode well for their relationship, but when has anything ever boded well for any relationship on this show?
We can’t wait to see how this plays out tonight, but a part of us also doesn’t want to know, because it doesn’t look good for anyone other than Clarke and Lexa, whose alliance seems to be going strong. Whether that alliance grows back into something more has yet to be seen, but we can all dream.
The 100 airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. on the CW.
