TORONTO (AP) — Pop star Justin Bieber tickled the ivories in an impromptu free performance at a Toronto bar.

The Canadian-born Bieber visited the Fifth Pubhouse by himself last Friday where he ordered a whiskey and coke at the bar while watching the Toronto Raptors basketball game.

The bar’s spokeswoman Ivy Ho said in an email Monday that Bieber suddenly sat down at the piano and performed several songs, including his hit “Sorry.”

She also emailed photos showing Bieber sitting at the piano and the bar,

Bieber wasn’t paid for his performance, but his bar tab was covered, Ho said.

“Covering the tab was really the least we can do as he was being so gracious. His incredible live performance on the piano and down to earth interaction with our customers and staff were the highlights of the night,” Ho said.

Ho said Bieber also autographed a picture of himself on the bar’s Wall of Great Canadians, joking that the photo should be updated because it shows a young mop-haired Bieber.
