NEW YORK (AP) — One of Barack Obama’s closest aides during his presidency has a book deal.
Valerie Jarrett is working on a book that will combine personal history and leadership ideas, Viking told The Associated Press on Tuesday. The book is currently untitled and scheduled for 2019.
According to Viking, Jarrett will describe her “circuitous journey” from childhood to the White House. She was a senior adviser to Obama throughout his eight years as president.
