ROXBURY, Mass. (WHDH) — One suspect was arrested and another remains on the loose after a couple’s dashboard camera recorded a gunfight in Roxbury Saturday afternoon.
The couple was following their GPS, which led them down Dale Street in Roxbury. As they continued down the street, their dashboard camera caught two young men running and shooting at each other.
“Unfortunately, Mayor Walsh and I are always talking about how many guns are on the street and this illustrates it,” said Boston Police Commissioner William Evans.
Evans said he was especially frustrated because the suspect was awaiting trial on a separate open gun case.
The video recorded by the couple was sent out to every officer as a top priority to identify the two men, said Evans.
